As you will see in the photos. Dog approved too ! The original is flimsy compared to the replacement. Great quality, extra thick to stop the fine dust. The measurements are wrong in their description this will fit most ash can vacuums. Replace your original now!

I have a Turbulenz Ash Vacuum that I purchased at Ocean State Job Lot a few years ago, and the filter was wearing out, which surprised me, as I have always waited until my pellet stove cooled down before cleaning it out. With that being said, I saw another post stating that this filter fit, so I finally pulled the trigger, and it fits as described. It does come folded up, so it look a little work to get the seal to initially fit over the lip, but once it clamped the top down, I had no problems.

Bought a PowerSmith PAVC101 ash vacuum years ago and vacuum was starting to exhaust ash dust all over the place. This ash vacuum filter was extremely easy to replace and did the job. No more dust spraying all over the house. As a tip, I would highly recommend that you change the filter outdoors as ash / dust will get everywhere.

If you have a vacuum not sucking any more buying new filters and ash filter (bag) are a must! I bought both and my vacuum is working like brand new!!

As a wood and pellet stove technician I'm now using a power smith ash vac 2 to 5 times a day for the last 6 months and have great success with these filters ...keeps all the soot and ash from customers houses especially fine pellet stove ash the filter is easy to shake clean very durable ..I have 2 spare filters at hand (just in case one fails which so far my original one is still great)overall a great filter does exactly what it's designed for.

This filter is made to be clamped on with the lid of the vacuum which ensures it stays in place and sealed. This may seem like it results in reduced suction but that's only because there's NO leaking at all.This is the best designed filter I've seen for a vacuum to date and it's made well.
