This Foot Rocker makes it extremely easy to get a deep calf stretch. Normal stretches just were not doing it for me and this rocker helped to get a deeper stretch with a lot of control so that it was not overdone. Your really only need one rocker, not two. This way you can stretch one calf while stabilizing yourself and controlling the stretch with your other foot that is on the ground. I use this multiple times every day!

I bought this as I had one purchased when I worked in an out patient PT clinic. It's great for stretching muscles for Plantar fasciitis of foot. It's also great for stretching tight gastrocnemius muscles in lower leg as well as hamstring muscles. Highly recommend.

its really tall, kind of hard to use but effective when used properly. Did not do any more than you can do by manual stretching. would not purchase again.

If you do the exercise like it says, it helps with foot ankle and calf pain.

This device is terrific for exercising the foot, calf, and ankle muscles and joints. I have ankle and foot problems from injuries, so I thought maybe this device would help. I have only used it a few times so far, but I can tell that it will really help me flex my problem areas. It can be used anywhere there is a flat surface for it to rock back and forth. The bottom has a backing on it to help keep it clean. The foot part can accommodate many sizes of feet with its smart design. I would buy this again if needed.

Great product. Identical to original Pro Stretch but lower price. I'm recovering from ankle surgery and this has done wonders for mobilizing the joint, in addition to being a really good calf stretch.

si sufriste ruptura de tendon de aquiles o te repararon el tendon o solo te esguinsaste el tobillo con este aditamento podras caminar nuevamente normal ejercitandote con el ya lo veras es excelente.
