Dust Filter Bag for Wall Mounted Dust Collectors by POWERTEC.
This dust filter bag is designed to provide you with a replacement bag for your POWERTEC DC5370 and other brands of wall mounted dust collection systems. This 1 micron filter is used to control and trap up to 99% of fine dust particles created when utilizing sanding, table saw and other woodworking equipment.
Quality Build
This bag is constructed out of premium polyester felt material. These unique characteristic make it ideal for collecting sawdust, wood chips and debris. It also offers high breath-ability and fine particle separation when paired with the 1 micron profile. The singed design allows a very thin layer of fine dust particles to collect and build on the surface of the bag.

We upgraded our collection bags adding (1) a clear window, now there’s no more guessing about when to empty the bag, and (2) a sealed zipper at the bottom of the bag allowing for efficient dust disposal.

This Powertec Filter Bag has significantly reduced the sawdust coming off my Dewalt DW735 Planer. After viewing many more expensive options, I experimented with this setup and it's worked. I got the idea from a you tube video and was able to purchase the hose (2.5" diameter X10' dust collection hose),clamps (4" Thumbscrew Key adjustable hose clamps 5 pack), Adapter (Powertec 70136 4" Hose TO 2.5" Hose Cone Reducer for dust collection) and the Powertec Dust Collection Bag on Amazon.The bag has a see through window to let you know when it requires emptying. I use my planer frequently and it produces a tremendous amount of dust. The size of the bag enables a week air more between trips to the dumpster. The thumbscrew hose clamps make it simple to remove for emptying. I can leave the bag attached to my planer. The bag is made from an extra heavy material and would be difficult to rip. It easily unzips on the bottom of the bag for fast emptying.I do have additional dust collection with a shop vac and a cyclone, and this is unscientific, but have found this system for the planer superior. The powerful motor on the dewalt planer moves the sawdust rapidly into the bag. The bag tucks away under the planer stand and it's easy to bungee to the stand when in use.I appreciate products where the seller has paid attention to small details. This one will save you money and prevent your garage from looking like a sawdust blizzard.

Works well to keep dust contained but a I had to zip tie the bag to keep it securely.

Bag is excellent! Works great for catching sawdust off my Dewalt 735 Planer. Way cheaper than the Rockler dust rite bags.

I've had this bag for about a year and a half, and easily had one 100, 125 full loads of saw dust from my 13 inch dewalt planer, and the thing still functions as if new. It says 1 micron, but 0% anything gets out that I can tell... seriously if you need a dust catcher bag for a large machine, then this is definitely the one for you. I give it 6 stars.

I know you’re probably here because your planer is causing issues that typical dust collection can’t solve and I can say this (especially you dewalt 735 fabs out there) this is the perfect dust bag! I’ve tested 2 others before this one and this is leaps and bounds Better than the others, the set up is simple and despite The enclosure of the bag having ripples, the seal is tight as can be! The real hero here is the zipper bottom! What an asset! This is a true workhorse and not having to make a mess at emptying is the best feeling ever!

Me sigue sorprendiendo la calidad de los productos de Powertec, utilizo este costal para recolectar el polvo y aserrÃn de un cepillo de banco y funciona perfecto, muy buena calidad de los materiales y el cierre integrado ayuda a vaciar el aserrÃn cuando se llena, creo que por el precio vale mucho la pena.
