Typical of these types of tools - you need 3 hands to make it fit and work easy. Not a fault of this product just how they all work. Once in place this tool works very well and kept the piece still and aligned.

This is perfect for clamping polygonal boxes. As others have noted we need the ability to buy extra corner pieces as it only comes with 4. Care must also be taken that the screw part does not exert so much force that it moves the adjacent work piece out of alignment.Unfortunately mine came with broken parts: the lugs on the hinge axles are broken or malformed.Update: the replacement also came with a broken lug. I think they have a manufacturing issue. Third photo is from the replacement item.

This is the best solution for clamping polygon boxes and frames; anything non rectangular. Easy to use and the adjustable clips work with all the various angles you could have. Only complaint: comes with 4 clips and Powertec doesn't make available additional ones. Polygons have more than 4 corners! Still very well priced and easy to use!

I bought this product for building planters and bird feeders. I tend to use a lot of miter cut corners that this tool makes it easy to finish. It’s all made of plastic but I guess you get what you pay for. I very careful with my tools so it should last me a while. Even thinking of buying a second one for larger projects. So far I like it

Takes a bit to get used to, big thing is getting it tight enough with the strap on it, always feels loose when it's on Not sure if it's the plastic corner pieces or the strap stretches But i would not buy another on Seen better out there.
