I have bought second one already in second year for backup. This is very high quality air pillow machine that works perfectly. Exceptional speed that other brands can not match. I have used JZBrain but they are having higher chance of getting issue and slow in general.

We ship glass containers and this machine has been a life saver. Easy to use, makes sturdy bubble wrap at a fraction of the cost. Only comment would be the fast and slow setting are pretty much the same. Slow speed is plenty fast. The best part is you only need to make as much as you need for each box rather than having large boxes of prefilled bubble wrap taking up space in your work area.

This machine has saved me a lot of money and timeI have generated and shipped between 2000 and 3000 sheets of bubble in the last year of use.This machine has worked great with minimal fuss.It is trivial to generate bubble every week so I do not have huge rolls of bubble laying around.I use extra strong 32um thick bubble film stock which allows my products to survive multiple 10' drops so I never get any shipping damage complaints.Note for film sourcing - lots of the film on Amazon is not as thick as listed and some is low quality.Any machine can not fix issues cause by running low quality film stock through it...

This machine has been a game changer for my small business shipping fragile goods. I was battling both the cost of bubble wrap, but more importantly keeping my packages under 16 ounces to sneak in under the weight limit for USPS First Class Mail. This alone has made the purchase worth it. Easy to switch out various films for different styles of protection. I love that this machine will take any brand film rolls that have the air nozzle channel, once again keeping costs down versus machines that only take proprietary and more expensive film rolls. Also this machine has adjustable settings that let you fine tune to the film at hand with very little learning curve and little wasted product figuring out the best settings.

We absolutely love our bubble machine. One thing to note, turn it on and let it heat up a bit before you run. The only other thing to watch is your settings. The supplied settings in the instructions are WILDLY wrong. Like so wildly wrong that whoever wrote them obviously never used the machine.That said, if you're having issues I pretty much leave my heat on 8 now and my air fluctuates between 5 and 8 depending on the kind of bubbles I'm making.The machine will work flawlessly with different kinds of wrap, it's just not going to do it with the supplied settings. You've got to experiment on your own.

This air pillow machine was a regretted purchase, The machine does not not feed and constantly makes a mess of your expensive rolls of plastic. It would run for about two or three feet then tangle up and waste your plastic. Tried many settings and nothing worked. For the price, this unit should run flawlessly and without having to help it feed correctly. The worst is getting a refund. This unit was sent back and estimated refund is 30 days out. Unacceptable! Don't waste your time and money with this machine, its junk!

Had it running in less than 10 minutes after opening the box. Solid unit that works for bubble wrap and air pillows.* make sure the roll is seated properly and not completely free spinning - if it runs to fast the bubbles don’t fill even when using the slow speed. (It makes sense once you see it)
