I was looking for something to use for my Koobideh recipe. These have been amazing for my kabobs! The kabobs are thick across so the meat doesn’t slide off. Also the mechanism that pushes the cooked meat off the slide is incredible. It works like a charm and I no longer have to bare hand the hot meat and struggle to slide it off. If you’re looking for a wider sheath then these are for you! Comes in a cool storage case as well to keep safe and organized.

I really like Mediterranean food and wanted to make kabobs. I made koftaand was happy on how they came out. The skewers are solid and fit across a baking sheet in my ovenI did a alot research and most have wooden handles and too long for my needs. I set to broil and they came out great. I looked at several types and prefer the all metal. I am looking forward to using on the outdoor BBQ. The set came in a case, mits, basting brush and cleaning brush.

I actually really loved the product! (haven’t tested on fire - yet!!) Only thing I didn’t like is they’re arrived very dirty and scratched!!! It looks like they stored in a dirty place and packaged before the shipment!! It doesn’t prevent me to use them and this is the reason why I’m keeping them and not bothering with the replacement…
