I sprayed my cat’s toy and she instantly started playing with it! I’m surprised it made her play with toys she hasn’t played with in months!

I sprayed it on cat toys to renew their interest. It failed. Only got them wet the cats didn't show any interest. I was surprised and disappointed

Immediately after taking this bottle of catnip spray out of the package, a couple of our cats came over to check it out. I let them sniff the bottle, and they were VERY interested after that. Next, I sprayed just two times onto a flapping bird toy. The "lion" of the group, Gooney, starting rolling around and wrestling with it like crazy. He wouldn't let the others near it. So, it's safe to say this ShopSense catnip spray is definitely great stuff! Highly recommended!

I asked my three most discerning product testers (Chloe, Elle, and Punkin) to assist with a review of the ShopSense premium catnip spray. I gave a stuffed toy a couple of sprays with the catnip spray and then presented it to the cats separately. Chloe, the 15-year-old matriarch, who loves catnip-infused toys, acted horrified and affronted by the catnip-enhanced stuffed toy. She jerked her head back and would have nothing to do with the toy. The next day saw the toy still lying in the exact same place, untouched. Skittish Elle cautiously sniffed the toy, but then avoided it, possibly suspecting it to be some type of deadly trap. Punkin, feisty at one year old, was the most interested, and spent a couple of minutes lying near the toy and casually batting at it with her deadly paws.I was hoping that my product testers would react to the catnip-sprayed toy with interest, enthusiasm, and excitement. What I got instead was a cat chorus of “meh.†Since my testers only sing the songs of their people, and seemed reluctant to give me a numeric rating, I found it necessary to score the catnip based on their reactions. Since two out of three cats did not seem to care for the catnip-sprayed toy, I debated between scores of three or four, before finally settling on a score of three. No cats were harmed in the review of this product, though one did express concern that her feeding servant might be trying to kill her.

Cat does smell something interesting and maybe she runs around a bit. Toys are not her thing I think so it's really not helpful. Does not get her to scratch any specific thing either. She is 15 yrs old so probably not as fascinated by things anymore. She is more into people, treats and talking cat talk.
