This soap is a mild soap with oil concentrate that you dilute with water and use the brush to apply and agitate to initiate the cleaning process. I used on leather sneakers and it works great.The brush is what I would describe as medium density cleaning brush. A little too aggressive for suede and nubuck, but perfect for leather, canvas and vinyl. It can clean mild dirt from sole, but isn't sturdy enough for that job. The part of the kit that leaves a little room for improvement is the microfiber towel, but I won't redact a star for that because everything is designed and works very well.The solution suds well, and you don't need a ton. It really does a good job and has a pleasant scent to it. This will help you maintain your shoes for a while and is definitely worth the price.

Used this product to clean my Nikes and Converse. They did really well on the plastic portions that were smooth with no pores. Tried on the mesh parts and cloth parts but it didn't clean up as well. You'll need to wash them in the washing machine to clean the cloth portions.

I was a little skeptical about this but my white sneakers needed cleaning so I tried it out. Wet the brush, put on some of the soap, wet the brush again and start brushing lightly. The dirt started lifting immediately. Then you take the provided towel and wipe it off. My white sneakers now look shiny and new again!

This cleaning set does a good job cleaning and restoring your white sneaks if they aren't so filthy. Otherwise, I recommend soaking with baking soda and Dawn soap before using the cleaning solution. The hog brush is soft on the leather and you have the microfiber towel to dry afterwards. My Vintage Havanas did get yellow on the shoelaces so not sure on the no yellow guarantee there.

Needed to clean my shoes for an upcoming holiday party. The quality of the cleaner was good especially since it came with a nice brush and a cloth to wipe the cleaner off. The bottle didn’t leak which is always nice and cleaned up my shoes like new for the party.
