I got a treadmill as a gift last Christmas and it came with its own lubricant in a small bottle. Every time I needed to do the maintenance, it was hard to lift up the belt without having to loosen any screws. Then trying to dispense the oil evenly under the belt was a hassle.There had to be an easier way to do this without having to take apart the treadmill. I did some research and found this item. The long nozzle was exactly what I needed. It cut my maintenance time significantly. It can reach to the middle of the underside of the belt (I have a Gymax 2.25HP Under Desk Electric Pad Treadmill for reference).One thing you need to pay attention to is making sure the nozzle is screwed on tightly onto the cap. I was using it yesterday and when squeezing it, the nozzle came off. Besides that, I like everything about this product. It's easy to use and you can store it back into the bag it came in since it has a seal top.

I got this for my stationary bike that was squeaking horribly. Overall I used probably 1.5 times what was recommended for an application for a treadmill. At first it made no difference. I added more until I had a few spots drip out under the bike. I had to actively cycle for probably an hour, but it seemed to work it through everything and now I finally have a bike I can ride without killing my eardrums.

This is a great lubrication kit for any treadmill. I'm using this on my Horizon Treadmill and Lifespan treadmill. It works well on both of my treadmills.You can buy silicone lubricant for cheaper but you need some way to apply it. This Spot On Kit includes everything you need including the lubricant and dispensing bottle with extension hose.Now that I purchased it once, I have the bottle and extension hose so I will just buy silicone lubricant next time and fill up the bottle rather than purchasing the whole kit again.Highly Recommend as a first time purchase with a new treadmill
