It protects my hair, keeps head cooler, doing what it's supposed to do. I had to wash it to shrink to fit my head, and it fits great, was way to big originally

Sauna wool hat turned out to be a piece of sewing fabric ( like a cardboard cutout) without the ‘wool’. Took 6 weeks to arrive and shipping cost more than the ‘hat’. DO NOT BUY!!!

First time using one of these hats. It's great! I can stay in the sauna longer without getting tired and drained. This is not a product for style, function only. ;-) The hanging loop is convenient for drying, but I don't expect much odor since merino wool is odor resistant.

I picked up this Sauna hat for a trip to the Russian Banya which recently opened near me.. The Merino wool lives up to its reputation — it's soft, breathable, and doesn't itch.Wearing this hat in the sauna keeps my head from getting too hot and helps me stay in there longer, which is great. The material feels nice against the skin, and I haven't noticed any weird odors after using it for a while, even with all the sweating. It fits well too, which was a concern given my larger-than-average head size.There are a couple of things that keep it from getting a full five stars. First, the white color is a bit hard to keep looking clean, especially with regular use in a sauna environment. A darker color option would be a nice addition. Second, while the hat is generally comfortable, it could use a bit more stretch to accommodate different head sizes better.

I had never worn a sauna hat before, but now I won't go back.The hat itself is made of wool felt, and it does a great job of protecting your hair from getting too hot.I thought it would be itchy on my forehead, but it wasn't.I am a convert, I will use this hat in the sauna forevermore.
