The two-peeler set included a 'wide' and a 'narrow' one, for lack of an official term. The narrow one performed very well. Sharp, and easy to peel carrots, celery, and an apple. The wider bladed one failed at the first attempt at peeling an apple. The skin was too slick, and it didn't get a grip. It did work better on a different apple. It did just fine on a potato.

I apparently threw my favorite potato peeler away by mistake and I bought a couple new ones. I hated them until I bought these. My husband loves them also. I have arthritis in my hands and these are easy to use plus they are sharp. These are now my favorite of all time
