I purchased this for a small walk in closet because it was the perfect size and looked like it held a good amount of shoes. Like most of this type of furniture it comes flat packed which I'm always wary of ordering online because who knows what will happen during shipping. The packaging was very good, everything is packaged well and well protected with foam and cardboard on all edges of the box. Everything showed up in perfect condition despite the Amazon driver literately dropping it the last 6 inches right on the corner edge of my step.Build quality is very good and exactly what you would expect from this type of Engineered Wood construction. The instructions are easy to follow. Even though none of the pieces are actually number/lettered it is still very easy to tell what pieces are what by looking at the pictures. All of the hardware seems top notch and assembly only took about 45 minutes. (it probably would have gone much faster but with my limited space I needed to build it in place.) One thing... I would recommend making sure everything is squared up using a square before nailing on the back.The larger cubbies (compared to some of the other shoe racks) hold the shoes together and hold a good variety of shoe types. The larger side cubbies are perfect for larger foot wear (winter boots in my case) and most other shoe will fit the standard cubbies side by side by just putting one shoe in forward and one in backward. Even my hiking shoes fit in one cubby by just laying them down sideways.Only time will tell how it holds up but as of now I am very happy with this purchase.

Took more than a few minutes to assemble. Instructions were a little underwritten, however, we got it figured out. The top and bottom pieces of the shoe rack are sturdy (yes I know questionable since it is MDF material) but once assembled, the shoe rack is very sturdy and heavy too. Takes two people to carry. The shoe slots themselves are a little thinner material so don’t go beating them up by trying to shove your shoes into the rack. The slots are a little small. Ladies ballerina flats, sandals, flip flops, ked type shoes fit no problem. However, regular running sneaks require one slot per shoe. Men’s shoes may require the same spacing, one slot per shoe. So when you are looking at this rack to count how many pairs of shoes it will hold, keep in mind, the larger the foot, you will have to count half of the slots. So if this holds 24 pairs (of smaller shoes), you will have 12 pairs (of larger shoes). Boots do not fit in this shoe rack either. Even though it sounds like I am pointing out the limitations to this product, I actually think for the price (purchased during a holiday sale) it’s decent quality. Looks classy and clean in a light painted room or closet. The plus side to this long shoe rack is that you can convert the top into a bench or hold extra storage on top.Would recommend to persons needing shoe storage. I was skeptical at first when purchasing, but I actually really like the product. Just wish the individual shoe slots were a little bit bigger.

Holds a lot but doesn’t fit a pair of athletic or bulky shoes unless you put one shoe in each cubby which we did. Overall satisfied. Easy to put together and looks nice

This was purchased for my walk in closet to give us more storage and Organization. I put it together myself and it took me maybe 30 mins. Instructions were easy to read and follow. Didn’t need many tools and it looks like a high priced shoe organizer. Perfect fit and we love it, I will be purchasing more for my kids closets. This fits all shoes sizes but you mihht not be able to fit two men’s shoes in one. I had to use two slots for 1 pair of my husband shoes but they fit 2 of mine in one. Not a deal breaker and very happy with this purchase.

This is the biggest shoe cubbie I've ever owned, it finally solves the storage issues I've always faced with shoe cubbies since they were either flimsy, prone to wear and tear, unattractive, or just generally unreliable. This one, however, is really sturdy and well constructed, and yes it takes up a good amount of space but it looks appealing and classy in any environment. It looks great in my entryway, the modern appearance complements my decor. It's also just refreshing to find a shoe storage solution that is effective and looks good. I'm pretty pleased with this purchase and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean storage option.

We bought two of these benches to hold shoes for our extended family during vacations at the beach. They are great. They were easy to assemble and look so good in our foyer across from each other. Each holds tons of shoes and the bins are a good size. What really stands out though is the amazing customer service that this company has. We bought these a little over a year ago and just recently we found that one of the side pieces cracked exposing the screw. Not sure how this happened as we had some friends staying at the house without us. I contacted the company, got a very quick response and now have a replacement part being shipped to me free of charge. Highly recommend this bench and this company!

Very sturdy and holds a lot of shoes. Also everything needed to put it together was in the box. Took my husband about a hour and he was very impressed also. So happy with my purchase.

It’s heavy! Very easy to assemble & the pieces came in perfect condition. Took a while to add the middle shelves but once you get the first one in, the rest fit right in! Fits nicely into the space, and I’m happy it holds as many shoes as it does, and the top can also be used to store additional items :)

Our shoes doen't fit. Especially men shoes ot heels. Also, won't let me cancel the order when it was not even shipped yet. I tried to cancel the order multiple times. The robot is uesless giving me steps in circles and won't let you talk to costumer service. Once item arrived, you can return it but you have to pay for the delivery which is more than the amount of the item. Very disappointed. I will no longer use amazon.

I had been thinking of purchasing this for a while to tidy up my foyer of shoes. It was fairly easy to assemble, although I always think instructions could be slightly clearer. Once assembled, the cubbies were a tad on the small side, but I expected this from having read other reviews. It's an item I will be cautious with in terms of ensuring not to place wet shoes on it as it will be susceptible to warping. Generally satisfied with this item. It's done its job of tidying up the foyer and getting some shoes out of the way.

This looks great in our entrance as it matches our hanging coat rack. Took off 1 star as cubbies are small. I can put my shoes in them but my hubby needs 1 cubby for each shoe (lol) but there is enough of them!
