It is the most dependable calling card that I have ever used. I purchased one in Jan 2021. Although I used it sparingly, not only the overseas calling charges are extremely reasonable, the card never expires. Unlike a lot of other calling cards with expiration time limits, this card has held its value for more than 3 years. Just incredible.

I reloaded it for $20 and they “accidentally†charged me an additional $20 saying they were unable to refund it has to be approved by the supervisor. This was back in late February. Still waiting on my refund after several phone calls. Very unprofessional and not worth the money.I used it for calling a friend in the UK. Will now just skype with him. Much better and dependable.

Decent call quality, customer service was nice also. You can reload the card through the company, usually at a discount or special rate and not have to buy more cards

Worked once and has been garbage since. Bought this to talk with my girlfriend in Italy and it worked like a charm the first time. After that its been nothing but problems. I dial her number the exact way multiple times and I'd say 5 out of 6 times it tells me I've dialed the number incorrectly but will still connect 1 out of 6 times. How can it connect (albeit rarely) sometimes but other times it can't? I'm not dialing the number differently so please don't tell me I am dialing it incorrectly, the only thing wrong is your service.This part pertains to the Zuzume app which doesn't work either. I had to download and uninstall the app several times before it would work and not shutdown everytime. Finally got the app working and its the same issue. Dial number and error message saying I dialed incorrectly, dial number again the exact same way and it connects. Got to talk for 30 seconds before the call disconnected and refused several times in a row to either connect the call or go through the motions of connecting while I listen to static for over a minute.Bottom line, complete waste of money, go buy a phone card elsewhere.Edit:Was emailed by Zuzume and credited an additional $5.00 and advised on the issues being corrected. Tried calling to Italy again today and it worked so I'm bumping my review up to 4 stars. Call quality isn't the world's greatest but considering I'm calling halfway across the world I'm happy with it. The android app still has issues even on a stock Nexus 5. Have to force stop the app and clear app data to get it to work and it takes me through the first time process (although it is fast to do) so I'm taking a star off for the app.Otherwise a good product.

My husband is from the United Kingdom and lives here in the United States with me, and we needed to cut down on calling costs. This card is doing exactly what it needs to do for us. It’s easy to use, too.

We had a few hiccups interfacing with Lucky Mobile, but eventually they fixed the issue and gave me an extra credit as an apology for the issues that I had. I am happy to use them again
