Mine came without the USB adapter you need to plug it into your smart board. I ordered a replacement which was ALSO missing the same part. So I returned both and chose a different product.

I use with my BENQ board at school. Does what my remote and pen did separately. Only needing one tools very helpful..

Bought this to use in the classroom. Work great with the promethean board, and allows you to do more than with the remote given by promethean. However the battery cap kept falling off after only a week and had to be taped in place. The nib/tip started to disintegrate after about a month. That being said, I did still use it most of the school year as a remote only.

This presenter was great and has a built in laser pointer, but the selling point for me was that this works with USB2 as well as USB3! The dongle stores inside the laser pointer/presenter remote so you don’t lose it. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase.

feels a little on the cheap side when you pick it up, however cant complain about its function. VERY stable and seamless connection with its dongle, works reliably every time.
