When this came in I didn’t even think it was in the box it was so light but I was real happy with the way it looks. Even up close it doesn’t look plastic. It goes very nicely where I visualized it being. Great price and I love the ticking. I collect clocks and I find ticking soothing. It’s not very loud at all tho for those of you who are not a huge fan.I would recommend. It’s a nice piece on a low budget. Design on a dime. 🙂

Nice clock visually. The case looks nice from a distance, but feels really cheapo. Keeps good time. For the price it is an ok value.

This item is 100% plastic. However, looks great from a distance. The problem is trying to install a battery. First, there are NO instructions included with the product. Also, the video on line does not mention how to remove the back from the clock for installation. Once you carefully manage to do that, you must then try and install the batter in what appears to be a defective battery compartment. Nice size, however, it should not take rocket-science to install a battery. I had to return the product. I never got the batter in the compartment.

This little clock was perfect for what I needed. Easily read! It’s plastic but I can’t tell the difference from wood as it sits on the top shelf.

It was packaged awful. The back was loose. The box looked like it had some damage. The clock looks nice but to touch it and lift it, it feels cheap. I wish it had more gray in the color. To me it looks like a brown clock. I haven’t decided if I’m keeping it or it’s going back. Was really wishing it was better quality.

I was quite surprised and disappointed upon opening. It is very light weight, plastic, I expected something more substantial for the price. I immediately thought this looks like something I could have purchased at the Dollar Store for 10$So far it’s keeping time , doing it’s job.

I'm in love with my new clock. It had to be special because it was replacing one my mum bought for me, that ironically stop this year just before she died! I searched high and low to find a mantel clock that would compliment my simple but elegant style... I didn't even mind waiting for it to arrive from the States.Highly recommend.

When the box arrived, it seemed pretty light...then we seen why....this clock is totally plastic...it's like a slightly larger version of any clock you could find in a dollar store. Almost $70...ridiculous! Very disappointed....may I add....it NEVER worked from the day we opened it =(...returned.
