The pump is easy to install. Be sure to keep the bolts from your old pump though. The key that you'll need IS included with the pump. Be sure to check your package carefully if you don't see it.This pump is easy to install. Directions come with it to help should you need them (there's a yellow cap that's installed for shipping purposes so the pump oil stays in the tank - remove after installing). I've used my pressure washer several times since installing and it works great!UPDATE: I've probably used about the pressure washer and pump for about 40 hours since installing this pump. It still works great! The instructions state to remove the yellow cap on the pump oil tank. However, small amounts of pump oil does "mist" out of the tank when the motor is running. It doesn't create any issues, but I can see the oil on the frame. I think I'm going to drill a small hole in the yellow cap so it can breathe as intended but still keep the oil in. Again, not a big issue as the pump works well!

I used the pump as a replacement on an Excell model PWZ0142700.01 pressure washer. I could not find any information about this China made product or replacement parts. This replacement pump fits perfect and operates very well. It is much quieter than the original pump. The bolt spacing on my motor is 2 9/16 and fits perfectly.

There were no instructions included beyone some troubleshooting bullet points. But it wasn't that difficult to remove the only pump and then make the replacement. Most of the parts from the original XR2500 were throw away including the protective cowling but that really wassn't needed anyway. I did run into a snag but searching google provided a video that gave me some assistance. My issue was not knowing that I had to move the drive shaft to a position that exposed a set screw that required a 4mm allen wrench to remove from that shaft and it wasn't needed with the new pump as they included a shaft key. They other concern is that the former quick release cannot be used but I was able to find a one that did fit at Home Depot, a dewalt female to female version for $18 But it worked great and no more leak and power was restored. It seems to work great and installation took less than an hour. Perhaps providing documentation outlining those challenges would have got 5 stars from me. But I am happy with the operation of this pump

Easy replacement on my '07 Honda GC190 engine. Came pre-filled with oil, too. Have used it for about 10 hours and is working well so far. Water pressure seems equal to the original that was advertized as 2600 psi..

I have run for about 5 hours so far and it’s working perfectly bolted to a Honda engine on an XR2500 frame. Super easy to install.
