Very nice and true to size, but the material is clingy and shows all your lumps and bumps if that matters to you. I think I’ll wear a duster/kimono over it.

This top and skirt set is great in concept and almost there in execution. It's constructed from a polyester, viscose, elastane blend jersey fabric that's thin and clingy. The top really does show off the contours of the body, which is great if you're thin and lacking any lumps and bulges but less so if you're more self-conscious about imperfections. The skirt is a lot more forgiving, with a drop-waist yoke and gathers that start low on the hips and do a good job of covering the derriere. The outfit almost works on me because I have a slim/athletic build. The one problem is that the gathers on the front of the top cause the top's hem to have a kind of tulip shape that doesn't sit as neatly over the yoke of the skirt as shown in the product photos. It's not a dealbreaker but I do wish the hem of the top was straight across, as shown in the photos. I worry a little about the quality of the fabric and how it will wash and wear, given how thin and stretchy it is. Due to the flimsiness of the fabric and the fact that the top is not lined, the set doesn't look as polished as depicted. It's a comfortable, casual outfit to throw on in the summer and I'd wear it out to run errands but I'd probably select something else if I wanted to look more put together.

I really like the silhouette this set creates. It gives the vibe of a dress when worn together, but also has the versatility of a set. Meaning in can see this being perfect for travel. Because the top pairs well with jeans, the skirt could be worn over a bathing suit for a bit more coverage at the beach, or worn with another top to change up the look. But worn together it can be paired with a denim jacket and sneakers for a casual about town look, or worn with dresser shoes and jewelry to take it out to dinner.The green color is a lovely rich green that feels like a black dress vibe but is something a little more interesting. I also like the ruching at the neck and waist on the top. Overall it's a very versatile and flattering set.

The material was disappointingly thin, resembling pajama fabric. I returned the item for a full refund due to the poor quality.

I am at an age where I need to wear clothes that could hide the extra pounds I carry around my waist, and that's not always easy to find. This set does miracles for me, though. The ruched top helps a lot, as it drapes over my 'problem' areas. I also like the fact that the top is tight in the underarm area, as at my age I 'sport' some not so flattering extra skin there, and the top hides it very well. I also love the neckline, as well as the flowy A-shape of the skirt. It truly is a cute outfit! I can wear it with flat sandals for a casual look, as well as with high hills for a dressier look. The fabric is so soft - and it held well to the washing and drying, no ironing needed.
