I find this book so interesting. I have not done some exercises they demonstrate in the book, but I want to try and see how it works. I am still reading it and I am ready to try different types of exercises.

I have used this book every since I got it, and only just now realized I could share my thoughts with the world. I think the exercises are easy to do and I felt a difference almost immediately. From simple stretches to more complex moves, almost every muscle in my body has been activated during these easy to use wall stretches. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time doing these exercises.

The book - Prevention's Wall Pilates 101 - is a very durable high-quality item; and the foreword is very instructive. Despite having experience with Pilates, however, it is a bit tough to follow the workouts. An accompanying QR code or link to see video demonstrations of each exercise would be immensely helpful.If someone did not have any experience with Pilates, they would likely be at a loss. The picture instruction within this book is not sufficient.
