I had this unit for two years never used it. One dayI decided to use it and it would not charge up. The light just kept blinking. I contacted the company and they ask for a video of the malfunctioning unit. They sent me out a replacement unit immediately. Awesome. Thanks guys

Great tool for a fractional price. I find myself using it for everything… seriously everything…Leveling photos, hanging tiles, grading my backyard (big mistake… I became obsessed)Everything in my home lines up with something or another and water runoff around my home is eerily perfect now after 100 yards of fill dirt lol.

The laser is clear, sharp and the battery holds its charge surprisingly well.Unfortunately the laser has gone out of calibration and I cannot find any resources to recalibrate it.It's about 3/8" out of level over 12'. Any responses would be welcome!

The laser sped up my job process it works good, only issue is the laser line gets not so bright in a certain area but overall it's ok

This is a great gadget when you need to pinpoint two points in a direct line such as a mark on a floor and another on a ceiling when creating a stud wall. Even engineered timber can have imperfections which throw a spirit level out but this resolves that issue. I was building walls into a roof space which also had diagonals rather than a simple rectangle and it gave pin-point accuracy enabling some very accurately cut diagonal timbers to match exactly in place and completely vertical. For the money it is an absolute no-brainer, and it self levels. It doesn't stop the user kicking it over but you can't have everything!
