It was very easy to install and fixed my leaky spigot as advertised. It's a little spendy though considering it's just a screw and rubber washer. But it did the trick.

Fixed leak with outdoor frost proof faucet. Simple repair. Amazon was the only place I could find this part.

The description said there would be three washers and three bolts. When we received it the package had been opened and stapled back shut, and only contained one washer and bolt. We would like the other two or a refund.

Exactly what was needed to stop the drip. A high-profit item for the manufacturer, but worth every penny for us.These frost-free faucets may need gasket maintenance every few years.

This was the first time I've ever needed to fix this- it was an 8 minute repair in the dark- easy peasy. Youtube video was awesome.
