extremely satisfied with this mat, so much so that I am using it for other things around the house.super thick but sturdy, soft and well made.Highly recommend.wouldn't be a good mat for any cardio type exercises

As the headline says, the mat is alright. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I feel they could've done better with the way it was packaged; arrived with some scratches. Otherwise, it's still usable, & feels nice to use.

Perfect for any stretching that is static, provides a highly fluffy support for the knees and back. I bought this one specifically for these two reasons, hence a 5 star rating. DO NOT suggest it for yoga.

This is awful quality. Don't buy it! I received it as a Christmas present so missed the return window. It tore in 3 places after 2 yoga practices. It's slippery and moves when in use. It squeaks as well! It's just terrible. Don't waste your money.
