It was hard to find the right mailbox lock until I came across this product. The direction that this lock operates is exactly what I was looking for, as others I have viewed or purchased have the wrong rotation. It works perfectly on our mailboxes as well as the parcel boxes in our mail area. It is also a pin-type lock instead of a wafer-type lock, which adds to its security and longevity.
