This is a screen retainer spline designed to be use for securing various types of screen fabric into a window screen or screen door frame. 0.230 inch (15/64 inch) in diameter. It is a top quality round, serrated vinyl with a hollow core. Color is black. 250 ft. per roll.

It took a couple tries to find the right size. This size fits perfectly to replace the screen and metal straps in our Andersen windows with thicker pet friendly screens. Requires a little muscle and patience, but once you get the trick of using the roller to catch the ridges on the spline it pulls it right into the gap.

Worked great in my older metal frames that had 1/4" (mostly) spline groves.

On Sept 12, 2017, when Hurricane IRMA chose our park as one of many to destroy, I came down after to replace all my screening on the lanai! I ordered this spline, and it arrived in TWO DAYS!! Went right to work to repair! Came out GREAT! Still nice and tight!

Note that this is a 250 diameter as every other seller measures across high points for diameter. Still works for me so I'm not returning.

Excellent product. Easy to use. It was used with fiberglass screen and worked perfect. The screens I have are Anderson metal spline type manufactured in the 80's. No need to reuse the metal spline. Worked so well two neighbors are replacing theirs.
