There is a "ton" of space in this bag and it's tall enough for the long rolls of wrapping paper. This bag does hold up pretty well even when completely full. It does have limitations though. When it's full, always make sure you pick it up by the handle on the side. I slightly tore mine by picking it up from the top when it was full.

Tall enough to fill the longest rolls, wide enough to store plenty of wrapping paper. It's a win, win!

I was hoping this had a hard bottom on it so I was a little disappointed. It does feel decent quality and is large enough for the big paper rolls. It functions well all except the need for hard bottom. I will probably make one from cardboard to keep the rolls sturdy.
