I gifted this to my husband. It sounds great, but within the first 5 minutes of opening, and about the third bugle, the reed ripped. He was using it accordingly. Not worth the price if it’s just going to break before you can even use it. The reeds also aren’t worth replacement cost if they’re going to rip on the third bugle.

Product came in open packaging, was clearly previously used, straps were already frayed. Pretty disappointed. The call itself also isn't very good, sound quality is pretty poor, feel Ike I could bugle through a toilet paper tube and get the same result

Great little bugle, easy to use and carry.The spare reed has a bad tendency to fall out of the mouthpiece cap.Not fond of the electric green colour.But that's an easy fix
