To many grunt calls are just to quiet, they can't reach out to get a bucks attention especially in some wind. This grunt tube was not the loudest I have ever had, but its near the top. It also had the ability to soft grunt with just less "blowing" through the tube. I have to say this is the best call I have had out of about 5 others I have used in the last 20 years.

This call worked perfectly and was super easy to use and carry. The neck strap and smaller size makes it easy to carry and durable. The fact you can change the call and it has both buck and doe bleats for different phases of the rut make it extremely versatile. Definitely worth the money! Now if I could just close the deal after calling them in 😂

I own 29 differnt grunt calls this is one of my favorites. I love the nasally sound of the buck call, I always forget theres a doe call on it. It will do a regular grunt fine but its the best call for a long, whiny, furustrated grunt/roar. It does freeze up on the buck call side . you inhale for the doe call so that doesnt freeze , that i know of, I don't use it much.. I keep it tucked in my hunting suit if its cold. I use it with Rattling and do long roars that start with a low growel and increase in pitch the longer the grunt is drawn out then snap it off at the end . If it didn't freeze and was a bit loader it would be my favorite call hence the 4 star review instead of 5.

It’s great to have a dough bleat, and a buck call all in one product! I used it during the later part of last season and was not able to get a deer, but I do know that this thing sounds really good and I can’t wait to try it out next season. Anyone who knows deer hunting knows that just because you use a call doesn’t always mean a deer will come in! Having this in my pack is really nice and I would recommend it.

There is no compass as advertised. I purchased this for the inhale/exhale function which imitates a buck chasing a doe breathing in and out but it does not have the inhale function either. More trouble than it's worth to send it back and I wish there was an option to just send me the correct unit as advertised.

At first it was cool, two sound without having to push any button. Finally, I live in a place where there is snow during the hunting season, it was possible for me to do 2-3 calls and after that it was not working well. I started blowing my calls.Not recommended for icy tempeture

Used at temperatures at -25 in Northern Saskatchewan for Mule Deer and never froze up when kept in my backpack. This one I got doesn't have a compass on the call...so it must be a up better grade than the older ones people were reviewing on....called them in big and small during the rut great for long range when not super windy ....it tagged me out this year !!
