I haven’t actually called in a deer with it yet, but seems to work and sound similar to the real thing. Easy to use, even with gloves.

First day taking it hunting doe was walking around some trees turned can over definitely perfect sound she came running up to check making the perfect shot to drop instantly definitely will recommend this

I purchased this to replace non-working primos cans that simply stop working properly making unwanted sounds, unlike the new units. This one lasted one trip to Ohio before it too stopped making decent sounds. They do work when new and I have enjoyed success using these over the years but durability is less than expected. Even keeping them in your backpack or pocket doesn't help because once moisture is in the air they fail and never produce the correct sound again. I generally like all Primos products as they seem to get most everything right including Elk and Turkey calls that allowed me great success. The Can works too but only for a short period b4 you will need to replace. They never function correctly once they get any moisture and never dry out again.

Very easy to use, not sure once it gets wet tho it might not work.Sound is good, you can produce a few different tones depending if/how you hold your hand over the top.People complaining about it being quiet, clearly a deer has much better hearing than us humans, and also it is not screeching loud to the point you scare everything away in the area. It is meant to get deer in the area interested, if you want to call from 1000 yards away either get a mouth call and blow as hard as you can, or become a better hunter and get closer to the deer.Good call for the money with an authentic sound. The sound is close to a real bleat but in my opinion the frequency is a bit too high. However the quality of the can is good and looks like a lot of thought went into designing and producing the call.I have used it on several hunts and have been successful but really cannot know for sure if this call made a difference.

This product worked great. My first 5 minutes of use i called in a nice 8 point buck. I came running in after 3 quick bleeps.Amazinv and easy to use.
