Was excited for this brush but bristles were all mashed up and twisted. Very disappointed. Will have to return, unusable

Product arrived damaged bent bristles all smashed to one direction. I tried to straighten them out but then noticed the metal part was irreparably damaged.

Slightly odd review as I’ve not even used this yet. Not entirely sure this brush will perform as it should because Amazon decided that plopping it in a simple card folder was adequate packing, so the delicate bristled ends were bent. Expensive for what it is which is probably why the packing team deemed it unworthy of a decent send off!!
