This brush has become one of my workhorses for my paintings. I can still get pretty precise details, almost like my rigger brush which is also a Princeton, but can get a little more coverage and expression with this one. I work primarily in gouache, so I'll attach my latest painting which got a lot of attention from this round #3 Velvetouch!

I bought three of these brushes because a water color teacher said they had good snap. Unfortunately, I found them to be very soft with little snap and a very poor point. Returned them.
