1. Full metal construction, 45 mm diameter pole, extendable from 2.235-2.7 m.
2. Electroplated chrome finish.
3. Threaded joints with high precision joints (almost seamless) for greater strength, stability and smoothness.
4. Double wide pole support the dome to evenly distribute the load/pressure on the ceiling for a maximum load of 200 kg.

Stable Bottom Base
When you are doing a rotation action, the solid and stable bottom base can help you to avoid the fitness pole shaking.
Threaded Pole
The hollow and regular threaded interface can not only perfectly connect with the solid interface, but also avoid the noise when the fitness pole is connected.

The fitness pole with a 45mm diameter, which can let you hold it more closely, and easily control the force between the hand and the fitness pole.

How to choose the fitness pole according to your ceiling height?
Our dance pole can meet 4 different ceiling heights from 2235-2700mm, as picture shown in (1),(2),(3),(4).
If your ceiling height is over than 106.3 inches(2700mm), please according to the above pole height to purchase an extra extension pole. We have 125mm,250mm,500mm,1000mm.
Please noted:
Due to the different monitor and light, the color of the picture may be a little different from the real object, please refer to the actual product.
Due to different manual measurement methods, there will be an error of 1-3cm/0.4-1.2 inches.Hope you can understand that.Thanks so much.

FAQ:
Q: How to adjust the height of the dancing pole?
A: The height can be adjusted with the screws height adjuster on the top.
(Noted: The extension distance of the height adjuster should not over 125 mm.)
Q: How to change the static mode and spinning mode?
A: There are two screws(knuckle) of bottom base that can be adjusted by fixing (static mode) or taking out ( spinning mode).
Q: Pole Dance doesn't spinning ?
A: 1.Have you remove the two screws(knuckle) of bottom base for it to spin?
2. The pole will be stick if it is not line up and install on the ceiling beam correctly.
3. Have you loosen the flange nut on the black height adjuster?
Q: Everywhere in my bed room it isn't straight all the way what to do?
A: You could cut a piece of wood the size of the dome or round part that goes against the ceiling screwed the wood into the beam then put my pole on that it works.
Q: My pole makes a clicking noise when it turns. How can I fix this?
A: 1. Please confirm whether the dance pole is installed horizontally and vertically on the ceiling beam. If it line up, please loose the height adjuster cover a half-turn.
2. If the pole not line up, please take the pole down and re-install it.
(Noted: As the new pole needs a period of running-in period to make it rotate more smoothly, it is normal that the pole dancing will produce a clicking noise at the beginning of use)
