- Q:It doesn't spin at all?
- A:Did you remove the 2 little screws on the bottom for it to spin? The pole is stuck if it is not line up correctly and install on the ceiling beam. Did you loosen the flange nut on the black height adjuster?
- Q: How to convert the static and rotation mode?
- A: There are two screws at the bottom of the pipe, and you can adjust it by tightening (for static mode) or loosening (for rotation mode).

When you are installing,first measure the height of your ceiling to the ground in advance; then select the appropriate extension pole according to your needs. Do not tighten the poles at the beginning of installation. After all installations, adjust to the tightest.
Height adjust
- Silicone ring at the bottom of the dome and base plate, protecting ground and ceiling;
- Great for beginners. Make sure when you put it up you hold the part that goes on the ceiling evenly.
Spinning and static
- Spinning and static, just untwist the “screws” at the bottom for it to spin.
Adjustable height
- You could adjustable height 87.99-108.07’’ as your room varies and as you like;
- It is so easy to put up and down! You can take it everywhere you want and use it as long as you have the same height in ceiling or have the appropriate attachments to make it fit higher ceiling.

I have had this up for about a week now, have worked out on it every night. LOVE THIS. If you are looking for a good work out, sexyness and spice to your life I highly recommend.Husband took down fan in my bedroom, put pool up. I have not had any issues with the pole at all. Feels sturdy and I feel secure learning how to swing around on it. I have it at half swing mode so I can swing a bit but not too much until I learn advanced moves.Has helped with relationship type stuff, my husband is super excited for nighttime LOL. He even said the other day how he needs to appreciate me more. HHMMMMM ya think ;)This is hard work!! Body is getting tighter already.

honestly idk where the negative reviews are coming from. instructions are a bit difficult to understand, but easy to follow on youtube. mines sturdy as can be. and i have it in a room with carpet. just make sure you tighten it good, and have it STRAIGHT. suggest a level. if it’s not straight then yes it will wiggle or slip and come down. just be smart about putting it up and you honestly shouldn’t have any problems with it. quality is really good

This pole is perfect, it's very sturdy and has not fallen or budged at all. If you do purchase please carefully watch a set up video on YouTube & follow every step. It's very easy & takes no time with a video. I will say though if you don't permanently live where you are then the pole is a pain to get down. I'm probably going to end up hiring someone to help me take it down, like that's how sturdy it is, it's amazing.

She wanted it... I set it up in the bedroom where she wanted it... I get to watch her practice and "work out" ... now no need to go to club (they aren't open with covid-19 anyway)... I have a pole dancer at home... just wish you could have seen her walk straight into it in the middle of the night when she got up to pee at 4am... funny ... especially because I told her I was afraid one of us would do that... (I haven't hit it yet)... have fun and enjoy... (I would recommend watching the videos of people setting up these types of poles on youtube... its not hard, but watching the video made me remember a few steps to avoid having to take it down and redo...) We haven't tried to take it down yet... for us it's a permanent install... might even leave it when we move... but I can understand how hard it might be to pull apart given all the lateral pushing and pulling might impact the interior threads... So I wouldn't buy it if you think you're going to put it up and pull it down regularly. Besides, that would be more effort than anyone would want to do... pick your spot.. make certain you are under a stud when you extend to the ceiling... you need enough space with a wide circumference... (note, we haven't tried the free spinning of the pole, so no review there... my girl hasn't graduated to that level yet...)

Amazing!!! This was for my daughter who works out daily. We were initially were going to cancel and we are so glad we didn’t! This product is so well made! Sturdy and efficient! The customer service that we received from them was outstanding!! The communication was within hours and they even told us if we were not happy once we received the product to let them know since when we initially cancelled, it had already been shipped! Upon receiving the product and installing it, we contacted them back to let them know how happy we were that we did not cancel and they even wrote back to simply say: thank you for your business!! The pole shipped and arrived super fast. It wasn’t hard to put together I just watched a YouTube video to make sure I assemble it correctly. I like that it’s portable,chrome, spins and has static mode. So far it’s great for me. I’m 120 pounds so sturdiness is okay even though I have carpet and a popcorn ceiling. I used a piece of thick fabric in between the suction base and the ceiling. For minimal damage to the ceiling. Would recommend this pole for the price.

This product looks just like the picture. When installing this product make sure it’s underneath a support beam or the beam will slowly become unstable (which happened in my case). It’s a nice pole and my friends and I LOVE it. However, the assembly instructions are not the best to be honest and even tho the pole is now underneath a support beam but i think it’s still slowly unscrewing itself In the middle.
