The coil for my son's Tao Tao GK110 suddenly went out. After checking voltage tolerances I determined the old coil was bad. I installed this coil, but had to change the position of the wires in the plug. This was easy to do with a bobby pin; stripped off the little plastic nub on the end of the bobby pin, and use the pin to unlatch the metal pins in the harness so you can pull them out and replace them in the correct order. The kart fired right up and runs like a scalded dog again.Side Note: make sure you get the pickup wire tucked out of the way (the blue wire that goes to the black pickup) or the flywheel will cut it in two. Same goes for the other wires as well.

i put it in the 4 wheeler and the kid drove it for about a 1/2 hour and it left him in the field, when i opened it up there was solder everywhere and the wires were off the stator, it got that hot that it melted the solder. maybe i got a bad one but i ordered a new one from another supplier and tried to make sure that it was made differently.

Coleman 125 ATV. (Tao Tao) The wiring is incorrect but it's easy to repin the plug, they should address this because this is a assembly issue. The signal wire is to short and will hit the flywheel so it needs to be pulled through. After these fixes were made it worked fine.

Worked great for my chewed up stator. quick replacement installed. The wires didn't line up for the dirt bike so I had to rewire the connector. Wasn't a big deal, but hook straight up for my application.

I used the on my tao tao 110 pit bike and after several hours of troubleshooting, I realized the the pins on the stator were different than the ones on the harness. Repinned it and it started right up!If you don't know how to unpin molex connectors, just do a quick YouTube search and it'll tell you.
