Great down marker and very sturdy compared to the “dial a down“ brand, that broke after one season.

Works great, but never received the pole. No response from Amazon. Had to contact BSN for a pole.

I received a different model "Pro Down Pro Style Down Box" than what was shown in the picture featured by Amazon. I also did not receive the pole the Down Box attaches to. Is this typical Amazon service?
