When I first receive the product, it feels light and not solid high quality as I expected but don't judge the book by its cover. It's made precisely. All 5 units in the pack I installed fit well and function flawlessly. I like the standout black elegant look. Let see how it holds up but for the price I'm really happy regardless of the outcome

Some door handles do not turn in both directions. That's why 1-2 of them were broken in the box and I could not use them. But overall good products. I guess I was not lucky

I bought a two pack of these. I knew they weren’t going to be a drop in replacement. I got one installed after about 30 minutes. I then installed the second one. All done and I find it won’t lock. I disassemble it to find they never installed the locking cam!

After three years, the finish has held up nicely, they patina to a lovely lustre. Your teenagers will not be able to sneak in or out—every knob squeaks. Every time.

These are the worst set of locks. Two of the three I tried installing are now working. One does not lock at all with the latch only spinning and the other locks you in the room with someone having to let you out each time. Price is good but quality awful.
