I sit a lot during the course of my job, which causes discomfort and stiffness in my lower back and hips. I stretch for 10 - 15 minutes a day to increase my flexibility and minimize the discomfort. However, it did not provide my lower back with the “DEEP†stretch that was needed.When this item arrived, I was impressed by the construction, design and simplicity of it; it comes assembled. The area where you stand comes with a “grip-tape/non-skid†like surface, which is great if you want to go barefoot.I was able to perform a DEEP stretch in the lowest “setting/positionâ€, without any issue’s from the item. I felt the stretch within my lower back, hamstring’s and calf’s …long over due for me. If you’re concerned about your health or just want to increase your mobility/flexibility; I suggest you give this a try. It’s easy to shift the position of the “step-pad†and light enough to carry.

I am so impressed with this calf stretcher. It has totally exceeded my expectations!! It is very sturdy made of solid wood. It is adjustable to about 4 different degree settings. The area where you stand is covered with a black material that prevents your feet from slipping and is larger than I expected. So, even if you have very large feet, this calf stretcher should be plenty big in my opinion. And, it feels so good!!!

Helps stretch out your calves and hamstrings. I used it to help rehab from a broken ankle to increase range of motion.

I bought it for two purposes- stretching my calf and rest my feet. It’s very sturdy and compact, I like the different level settings and it’s easy to setup. I stand a lot for my work and this is very helpful for my legs. I put it underneath my desk too! It functions as a foot rest no problem. Good product. Would recommend

I’m really impressed with the quality and ease of use . It’s easy to move around and gives a good stretch . I’m a recovering stroke survivor. This is a game changer.
