First off, this vacuum is a game changer for my business. We were using a canister vacuum and having to drag this around tables was a huge pain, this makes vacuuming super easy. The suction is great, and the weight is perfect and makes cleaning our space a breeze. The fact it comes with a 50ft cord is great and allows us to vacuum the entire building without having to unplug and plug in again. The only real issue is that the hard floor attachment doesn't click on to the wand and can come off if it gets caught on the table leg. It would also be nice if it came with a strap to hold the hose to the canister, so it doesn't spin when one is vacuuming. The product states it is commercial grade so time will tell on the durability with getting used daily. So far for the price it has been an amazing product.

So disappointed. I would say this vac sucks but that would be too much of a compliment, considering. I have a commercial cleaning company, specializing in industrial (warehouses) and medical offices. I initially was going to order the cordless model from the manufacturer. So glad I didn’t.It had great suction and worked with all attachments for about 20 minutes. Then poor suction.There is a major gap between the canister and the motor. I found the perfect sized rubber gasket to fill the gap and still the only attached that had full suction was the angled tool.It doesn’t give the nice “just vacuumed†lines in the rugs or low profile carpet and it doesn’t pick up popcorn kernels off the hardwood (only with the tube/angled accessory). I was ready to buy 5 of these so glad I tried it out first. I returned this WITHIN THE WEEK of purchasing it.

So I have only used the vacuum once so far, but already I can say that there are a lot of things I love about this vacuum, and I am also relieved that the very few not so good reviews were not true, at least not for me. One review made mention of this not being a great option for short people. I am a 5'4" male and was concerned the the length of the wand was going to be too long at it's minimum length, but that's not the case at all. It's a great length and I' sure for taller people as well.Another concern was the hose attachment fit quality. It seems as though as long as you follow the instructions, there isn't much that will go wrong. I did notice one bit of functionality with the lever that locks the wand in at the desired length that is fantastic but if you don't know what you're looking at could give someone the idea that it doesn't get tight enough to hold the wand at the desired length. This I believe is the source of all the people claiming that the wand doesn't stay in place. There is a friction lever that holds the wand extension into the other end of the wand. If all you do is flip the lever over at the factory setting, you aren't going to get any tension. There is a nut that you can tighten with your fingers on the lever device, and that dials in the desired diameter, then when you get it close enough, the lever cinches down and provides the needed grab.This vacuum made my vacuuming so much faster than lugging around my regular vac to do my baseboards and stairs. I can't believe I waited this long to get this vacuum. Also the cord is 50 feet long, and cut down the number of times I had to move the cord from at least 4 or 5 down to 1 time. I will update this review as I experience more that I love about this machine. Highly recommend.

I tried out this at one of my regular accounts that I keep a backpack vacuum at. It didnt seem to be picking up nearly what my backpack usually does. It seemed that the wand didn’t have a great airlock with the hose and is really about 3 inches shorter than a standard backpack wand. Instead of scrapping the whole unit, I decided to try my old wand with this new unit and what a difference it made. The suction was incredible. It’s lightweight and fairly comfortable. The wand design needs to be changed though

I was a bit disappointed. All of the tool and wand attachments are just pushed together, no button to secure them so they fall apart. If I push them together hard enough to not fall apart I have trouble getting them apart. There is no actual handle, just the tube that the hose and wand attach to. It is not comfortable when I vacuum my entire place. If I use the floor attachment, it does not have enough suction to pick up pebbles that get tracked in. The hose hits me in the head. The debris has trouble making it to the canister. It accumulates around the filter.I DO like the back pack design because it does not get stuck on doorways or furniture like a canister vacuum. I like that I can vacuum under things that are low to the ground unlike an upright vacuum.

Does everything as described and fairly lightweightI was missing having a power head but the 300 plus cost isn’t sustainable for the amount we would need itThis machine does have a wider than normal wand size 1.5†as opposed to 1.25†but i was able to find a turbo carpet attachment that fits so much happierCan’t speak to longevity as only had it about a month
