Right out of the box this this vacuum is super great quality. 7 different attachments and a couple different holders for onboard so you can take several with you on the job. I have owned several top brands that are at the $100 or less but I was always disappointed by short cords, short hoses that kinked and inadequate suction. I spent more on this vacuum because it had the longest cord, longest non kinking hose and best suction- Oh and did I mention decent warranty?!?!? This thing sucks sooo good! And the attachment assortment is delux- there’s also a thumb switch on the hose where you can control the suction. For reference I bought this to clean my bare floors primarily- cannister vacs are not the best choice for carpet higher than 1/4 inch pile- over that and your best to go with an upright with a beater brush- I’ve worked cleaning hotels and private residences for years so I’ve had my share of experiences. The wheels are gentle on my soft wood floors and the machine itself is a reasonable weight fallowing me effortlessly and this machine has a little holder slot over one of the wheels that you can attach the current attachment you have on the wand and it will stand upright for you- really thoughtful design . I believe in working smarter not harder and I wish in this case I had bought this better machine first. I would highly recommend it to anyone

Vacuum has good suction when the hose does not collapse. When packaged the hose was crimped and it collapses after a couple minutes of trying to vac the floor but do ike the vacuum. Guess I will have to order a new hose. Also, the crevice tool does not fit on the hose.I received a message that they would send me a new hose a couple weeks ago. NO hose yet!

This is a great vacuum that has a lot of attachments. It sucks like heck and is well-made.

Works well, suction is good, but I expected a bit better performance on the hardwood floors, I think it works better on the carpets. It is not that light as we would expect. The producer should think about one universal head because changing different heads between rugs/hardwood floors is pretty tedious.

Bought this as a replacement for my wife’s stand up vacuum. I was worried as it was more expensive than a lot of models I’d seen at stores. This vacuum didn't disappoint, it has powerful suction, and it has a lot of attachments. The only thing I wish it had, was a longer wand attachment, as I’m not very tall and the wand is still too short. Wife loves this vacuum. We have 4 cats, so hair is usually everywhere. This vacuum and its attachments are very nice for regular flat floors, carpet, rugs, ceiling fans, furniture, etc. The retractable cord is also a huge plus, as it makes life so much easier

I wanted to get as close to a central vacuum as I could, so I read all the reviews and a canister vacuum was the one to get they all said Well after searching and reading many reviews on different canister vacuums it was made clear to me that I wanted a bagless. I saw that this one only received a 3.5 star review. When reading the reviews about its sucking power and versatility I could not pass it up. Plus it has many tools which I will use. So I ordered it. Well it came today and was put together in 5 minuets. I've vacuumed most of the house already and love it!!! I'm so glad I didn't get the meile for $900.00 as this one is perfect for my home. I have 4 dogs that track in dirt all day long. So far this machine has cleaned like a champ. I also like the dust brush for dusting behind things and baseboards. Do yourself a favor and purchase this one. You will be happy.

I bought TWO of these. One for upstairs, one for downstairs. BOTH lasted 3 weeks before BOTH broke. The machine works but the hoses and attachments are CHEAP! We had to ducttape them all to keep them attached!! Horrible and expensive lesson learned
