Received this item and it was missing four screws (two 1" machine screws, two 2" machine screws). Returned it to get a package with correct amount of parts. Received new package, exact same screws were missing. Called toll free number on instruction manual where it says if you have missing parts to call and it goes to a recording that says the number is not set up for receiving calls. The email for contact is a hotmail address. Decided I would go to hardware store to buy missing screws and assemble it. Got almost all the way through but the top part has steel pins connecting to cheap plastic cams and they don't line up correctly. Spent 20 minutes trying to do what should be a simple drop in, twist cam but cams didn't connect and one broke. Returning out of sheer frustration. Looks like it would have been nice when assembled but in reading other reviews it sounds like it tips over which I believe.

This "Silent Butler" is nicely made, looks good, and is serviceable. But it badly needs heavy--lead?--footings to keep it UPRIGHT.Will have to look around for a FIX in this regard !!!Otherwise pleasing.

I bought this for my husband for Father's Day. It is pretty and the wood looks very nice. Two complaints - It is not as tall as it should be. A coat being hung on the back will drag on the floor if the man is tall. Moreover, it is too low for a man to comfortably put clothing and accessories on and take them off. Second, one of the hide-away cups (the only part already attached!) had a stripped screw, so I had to remove it, go to the hardware store and replace it with a larger bore wood screw.It took me about an hour to put together with the not very clear directions. It had a lot of styrofoam around that needed to be cleaned up with a vacuum when I finally finished it.

We ordered a used one but it came with no instructions. My husband is trying to go to Proman to obtain directions. Box already thrown out so can’t return it.

This should be $30.00 at the most. The wood looks real good, but its hardly funtional. If you put any heavy clothing on it, it will tip over. Its rickety. It has horrible plastic casters on it, which make it look cheap. It doesnt come with any spare parts so yer screwed if your phillips head brakes thru the cheap cams. I had to get a 3 inch screw to fasten it. I should of returned it, before i broke it.
