Fit is true to size. They are very warm, and extremely comfortable.

Never heard of this brand shoe before thought I would take a chance due to other positive reviews. Cannot yet speak to longevity but materials fit and finish is very good. I normally wear a 1X or 2E in width but due to some edema thought I would try 2X 5E. Glad I did size is almost spot on. It's easy to see through the construction that they are waterproof will have to wait and see just how warm they are but they are 3M thinsulate. That stuff has never let me down through the years. Overall I would have to say good value for the money.

Great shoes, well made. I ordered size 10.5 X-wide. The fit fine, but are not wide enough. I wear New Balance 10.5 4E width and they are fine. The 2E are too narrow for me and squeeze my toes. These shoes are at best like a 2E width. I'll see if I can stretch them a bit so they are more comfortable. If they were wider, they'd be almost a perfect winter shoe!

They are one of the most rugged yet easy to take on and off winter shoes I’ve worn. My feet have kept warm and dry with plenty of room for thick socks. They are indeed roomy, but I actually appreciate that.

True to size. Excellent quality build. Super discounted price. Instant Christmas present for my old man.If you wear a men's 10 or 10.5, etc, buy up a size in both length as well as width.( I normally wear a 10-D regular width shoe.) With these excellent and warm snow shoes I wear a 10.5 X=wide. Beware to up size especially considering winter socks - right?...

In fairness to product I wear size 14 but compared to previous brand that laced up these are much heavier. 2nd note is a complaint, these are large heavy duty winter boots but they have a 10 cent small zipper that's not adequate for a small shoe! Last, very stiff so hopefully if I don't rip zipper off they'll last.

This is a boot story with a happy ending. We live on some acreage and have horses. I often have to trek through the rain and mud to tend them. In the past, I have used the Muck Boots Jobber model and they have been excellent. My boots need to be easy on and easy off. Difficult to find as I have a wide foot with a high instep. They also need to be rain proof. And, of course they need to be comfortable. The Muck Boots fulfilled all of these requirements and I have gone through several pair. However, a couple of months ago it had rained steadily for several days and the grass was saturated. On my way to feed the horses, carrying a feed bucket and going down a very slight grassy grade, I promptly fell on my butt. Muddy mess. When I got back to the house, I looked at the soles of the Muck boots. They were worn completely slick. And that is the issue with the Muck Boots Jobber model. The soles are lightly pebbled and wear quickly leaving little to no traction. In my search for a different boot to fit my requirements I tried two different manufacturers and had to return them both. Hard to get on and harder still to remove. Then I discovered the Propet Men's Blizzard Ankle Zip. Bingo! Perfect boot. Easy on and off, rainproof and very comfortable. They have an aggressive tread that works well in the slippery stuff. I will have to see how the longevity works out but so far, so good. I ordered the 5X and the boots are a little loose. The 3X would have fit better but these work fine. I recently ordered another pair of Propet shoes for casual use. They have not yet arrived. I am impressed with the large range of sizes available.

I bought these to work around the yard. On cars in my garage. I wanted something to easily slip on and slip off. As I come into the house. These work great. Also, I wanted something waterproof 'cause I live on the West Coast. It seems to be like living in England. They are well insulated. They have 3M insulation. The leather goes down to the sole at the back of the boot. So it's not. Rubber. Up very high, but the soul is pretty thick. So gives you some water protection. The front is completely waterproof. And they're comfortable. I normally get a pair of 10s. And I bought the 10 1/2. And they fit fine. They are a little bit loose, but I can wear heavier socks if I want to. For winter.

I'm typically a size 10 and a 4E in shoes, so finding shoes/boots is typically difficult for me because they're too narrow. Now, I did order the XX-Wides just to make sure I had room and I'm glad I did, because the boots are about 1/4" too wide. I don't mind this because it gives my foot room to maneuver and I'm not cutting off circulation. These are a "big 10" boot. You may notice a bit of a gap between the back of your foot and the back of your boot. If I were to order another pair of these, I'd probably order something higher than an ankle boot to compensate; maybe I'd go just overtop of the ankle. The major issue for me is comfort, and these boots definitely fit the bill in that regard. I'm in Ontario, Canada, and they're definitely warm enough for winter here. I'm a big fan of anything Thinsulate so I loved the liners (quite possibly the reason why the boots are such a big fit), so the liners definitely help. I can walk in them pretty easily, moreso than most boots. As someone who hates doing up shoelaces, I infinitely prefer the zippers as well. They kind of fit like a loafer because of the zippers, so if you're a fan of loafers you'll like these boots.

When I received these boots I was very impressed with their quality and construction. The only issue I had was with the sizing. I take a size nine and that's what I ordered. When I tried them on, I found the length of the boot to be perfect but there was so much volume inside the boot that my feet would flop around as they were very loose. I brought them to a shoe repairman and he installed a 1/4 inch insole to fill up the volume. Since then, these boots have performed flawlessly and I believe they are so well built that they will last many years. I am very happy with them.

I purchased these recently for ease of getting them on/off for chores around the house in inclement weather. They fit well perhaps a bit narrower than I expected for extra-wide.Usually I'd wear proper winter boots for shoveling snow, but I donned the Propet ankle-boots for a quick removal of about 2cm overnite accumulation. Spent about an hour shoveling at -8C, no wind, medium thickness sports-socks on. My feet got a little chilled from the top down. Not a big deal, still really happy with the boots so far, didn't expect them to replace real winter footwear, but I wouldn't count on these boots to keep your feet toasty in colder temps for extended periods.

Should have used a leather strap with Velcro instead of the zipper. A leather strap like they put on their leather boots would have been perfect. Because it allows for a lot more flexibility in sizing. Propet normal shoes with the leather strap is absolutely fantastic. That's why I own four pairs of them. I'm able to set the strap in the right position then I can slide my foot in without a shoehorn and I don't have to readjust the strap every time I put the shoes on. Nice and simple and comfy.
