The shoes arrived looking like they had been worn previously. It was also not in the original packaging by Propper. Instead it was placed in a "frustration-free" package that claims the original box was damaged in transit. I would return them but I need them ASAP. At least it came with the extra inserts..

I don’t recommend this product due to its extremely poor quality the paint starts coming off the shoes within three weeks, exposing the brown leather underneath. As you can see in the pictures I attached and it’s not from scuffs just random places the paint is coming off

The back of the heel is very hard and uncomfortable. Almost like there's a wall of plastic and it has no give to it at all. I bought some gel heel inserts to try and fix this issue, if it doesn't help I will be returning. Highly recommend you spend your money on a better quality boot.Update: I put the gel insole in and it is much more comfortable. As I wear them more, they're growing in me for sure. Starting to love them. One thing I will say is that they seem a bit larger than the typical sizing, I usually wear a 5.5 and that's what I ordered. Wish I had gotten a 5. I'd send them back but for a half size, it's too much of a hassle.
