I use this product for some dog training, so I don't know how it helps people. I like it, but the only issue I have with it is that it takes "forever" to inflate. The pump they give you is a small hand pump, and my arms got very tired trying to pump it up. I know someone else who got one and instead, used a bicycle pump, which they said was much easier and faster. Unfortunately, I don't own a bicycle pump, so it looks like I'm going to be inflating this on arm day!

For the money, the disc is sturdy and of good quality; it is comfortable and retains the air fairly well.However the pump is cheaply made. The needle is thin and broke the first time I used it. I had to buy another one from a store.

I actually use this as a dog toy for my 60 pound mutt. Someone gave me a similar one they got second hand. We did not know it was a seat cushion, or whatever it actually is. But after my dog finally destroyed his old one, I found this one on here. This one is a thicker rubber than my previous one. I have to say, I tried sitting on it when I first got it to see why anyone would sit on this, and I didn't think it was at all comfortable. But, it's a great toy for my dog when he is ticked off and feels like being aggressive, he takes it out on this Trainer.

This is still inflated & works good. I have it on my work desk chair.I thought for a minute, wait, this can't be, why won't it inflate, how can it already have a hole in it & I retraced everything I had done when I pulled it out @ my work desk-in an office -with no pointy things.The hole is a very clean, very tiny very round hole & it can only have happened probably via the little metal inflator that is supplied & I still to this day think I got one that was returned(due to it being punctured) & was put back 'on the shelf'.But, I decided to spend more $ & buy a bike tire patch & it has worked great ever since.

Erst mal eines vorweg an "Sabine Baurand" ihre Bewertung.Also wenn schon bei 2 gekauften Discs nicht weiß wie man sie aufpumpt dann sollte man sich erst mal Grundwissen verschaffen wie so etwas gehandhabt wird.Nun zu meiner eigentlichen Rezension für das Balance Disc Kissen:Das Balance Disc Kissen ist ein großartiges Werkzeug, um meine Körperhaltung zu verbessern und die Koordination zu verbessern.Sehr gut da ich auch Rückenprobleme habe wurde mir auch genau so ein Modell empfohlen.Es ist einfach zu bedienen und kann überall verwendet werden.Das Kissen ist aus strapazierfähigem Material gefertigt und hat eine rutschfeste Oberfläche, die für sicheren Halt sorgt. Egal von welcher Seite man es verwendet.Da es ja eine feine Seite und eine Seite mit größeren Noppen gibt.**Wenn ihr auf der Suche nach einem einfachen und effektiven Weg seit, um eure Fitness und Gesundheit zu verbessern, ist ein Balance Disc Kissen eine großartige Option.**

The material of this balance base is really strong and quite thick, so I have no fear at all that it will ever pop. I really like the idea of this as a balance exercise item because your feet can move in any direction and I have loved using it for balance exercises to strengthen the muscles in the lower parts of my legs. A leaflet is included, which gives some suggested exercises you could do with it. If you’d prefer, there are plenty of suggested balance exercises online.
