I learned to check four or five spots on my firewood because not always the same moisture throughout. Seems to be accurate. Easy to use no problems

Good price, works as it should but the pins are weak, already had the tip of one prong get damaged. The setting take some time to learn but happy enough.

I have taken down several trees to use for firewood and this tool tells me when this wood is dry enough to burn. Very easy to use

Tested several pine wood stove logs and found it useful. Interesting that some I thought cured were actually dryer than recommended and wood I thought too green is at the recommended moisture. Useful for checking your firewood.

I am a deck builder. Love this product, but the kind of wood that I am testing is not shown in the list of types of wood. No yellow pine, no red oak, no cedar. This is a good product, but could be an EXCELLENT product if they offered a very thorough list of which setting to use on any wood.
