Inserts are made of a very hard resin material, feels and looks like they are indestructibles. Already install them on my 99 Eclipse 420A manual trans and feel satisfied with the result

These fit perfectly and will help to make my motor mount last longer. It does cause a little more vibration in the car, but really helped to eliminate the wheel hop I was getting during launch on slippery surfaces. For the price it's a great mod.
