I installed these myself, really helps to have a powerful press so you don't have to mess with burning them out or damaging the suspension. If you don't have a press please have a shop swap these out.As for the product, it works great and I love having new bushings on my MR2. You can really feel the difference... and some of the old bushings were really really bad.
