I definitely want to review this one because I picked this up on a whim to do one job but it's come in handy several times. I was not thinking high at first figured it wouldn't work but I was really wrong. It had zero problems drilling through clay with the 8 inch bit with extension. Not only did it just walk it's way down but the reverse it's really great. Iv now used it on 6 different jobs that I didn't even know I needed it for and for the price was great to have around for the extra jobs. Definitely recommend priced right to justify getting it for one job and knowing it's there for what ever. It really didn't even seem to bind up at all just hummed and dug. The other thing is with the extra bits it's even nicer because I was soon in the need of a trench tool to run some wires but I think I am just going to use the 4 inch bit and walk a drill line instead. So in the end it's saving me money.

Horrible product. This item stopped working after being used for 3 minutes on fairly soft dirt. When investigating the problem, we found an arcing spark inside the plastic housing. Frustratingly, we didn't use this until after the return window closed. Don't bother with this one.

This machine did exactly what I wanted it to. It digs quick and fairly light weight for the equipment. I've had a gas one before which was needing 2 people, this one I could use on my own. It would be nice if I had another extension that was longer, but I'm happy with it getting the job done.

I was surprised at the power of this post hole digger. It powered through packed soil and worked perfectly. The attachments are sturdy.

Customer service was great. Prompt response and ready to address any issues.This product works well now. Initially the unit arced/smoked and that prompted me to go to customer service.I believe the brushes were dislodged during shipping which caused arcing. Later I ran under load and the arcing stopped. I verified that parts are available should I have any problems later.Unlike many this company stands behind their product.
