So far, looks good on the RF-1400. Installation was easy, not much to do there. Will update review after initial ride, but so far so good ðŸ‘.

Decided to get the DEEP GOLD and DARK BLACK options for my Shoei RF1400 and I'm glad I did. A fraction of the cost of the original visors at Shoei and work just as good. These visors are a little thinner and more flexible than the original Shoei ones but work fine for its intended purpose. All and all quite happy with the results. Save yourself close to $100 on Shoei visors and give these a try, easily replaceable too ;)

Packaging (NOT AMAZON) was well. Not alone was the visor wrapped (tightly) in a protective soft fabric like material. Then it was wrapped (tightly) in bubble wrap.Installing, recommend checking online on how to do this. It can be trialsome the first few times (for people like me).Also recommend getting an anti-fog, without it, visor will fog up very quickly and easily. In the meantime I would recommend cracking open the visor to permit air and to lessen the impaired vision.I ride during both night and day, so it is important that I get protection while not impairing. The visor isn’t too dark for the night (in my case, early morning before sunrise) and yet still dark enough that I can see during high noon or bright sunlight.Thus far have been spared from the swarm of bugs that can hit your helmet and make a mess on the visor. But have heard a few things hit the visor from time to time and have not seen any scratches “yetâ€Cannot confirm the simplicity of marring the finish of the visor.

I looked all over for a chrome visor for my shoei x15, which is an $1000 helmet and this one fits. I had to google the visor for a fr-1400 and a x15 but said both are the same visor. This looks good, doesn’t leak and fits perfectly. I’m so happy. Because anywhere else is 100$ for a visor and they don’t come chrome. Super happy!

I seen a review that says doesn't fit a rf1400, yes it most certainly does. And it actually fits really really well. Seems to seal up just as good as the shoei. I wanted a tinted visor but had a hard time paying 150 dollars for a shoei, for 30 dollars shipped this can not be beat. If I had to pick a single complaint when shutting the visor it's a little more flexible than the stock one. Whooptie doo. Just buy it.

Bang for your buck and you get a functional cool shield. Is it gonna be an exact fit? No, the gasket seal of the helmet might not match exactly. But does it work? Yes. No I didn’t notice wind noise, wind coming in or anything else like that. Easy to install. Yes even with the mirrored ones it’s easy install. You just need to look at it from a different angle. Looks great, people will compliment. Take care of it like any other shield. Don’t ride with it at night if mirrored. You can’t expect the same as OEM for this price, so if you want exact then buy the OEM.
