So far so good. My sister needed a comfortable chair for her candy business. She received it 2 days early and she said it was very easy to put together. I specifically ordered one with a wide/supportive seat for long term sitting. She said it is exactly like the picture.

Easy to put together, the cushion feels comfortable and the shock absorber works good. The build quality seems good. I bought it for my wife for her baking work shop as a Christmas gift so we'll see if she likes it.

The wheels on the chair I received don't roll. I wasn't concerned as I could easily replace those. But the chair is too tall at lowest setting and I am a tall person! The seat is too thin so that the hard part of the seat digs into the back of my legs. It is terribly uncomfortable. I started a return only to find out the chair is very difficult to disassemble. The seat and wheels are just put onto each end of the center hydraulic cylinder but then they won't come off! This is good if you want to keep the chair but bad if you want to return it. I have asked the seller 4 times for instructions on how to take it apart and they keep acting like they don't understand the question or keep asking how they can fix it. I keep telling them they can't fix it, it's uncomfortable and I can't use it. Do not buy anything from this seller.

I am so jaded with ordering things missing parts and/or screws! This had simple instructions, was easily assembled and it is comfortable. I'm 72 with back issues and can't stand for long periods so I need something high in the kitchen as I'm in there a lot! So far, this chair is comfy, rolls with ease and goes high enough to make me happy. There are not many extras but enough for 'oops' instances. I believe the description states it adjusts to 30" or so and that is what I needed. Also, I enjoy having the back piece for when I have a moment to relax.

The chair is comfortable & stylish, but one of the biggest reasons I selected this chair is because it rolls. This one does not. When trying to push it anywhere, the casters scrape the floor rather than roll.
