Very light fabric, no insulation value imho; only for early fall or late spring use. Size large is a good fit for me (6ft 1, 185), and while most joggers come up short, as I have long legs, these just brush the shoe tops. Stitching is solid and zippers work easily and well.

I purchased this product because all three pockets have zipper. There large would fit someone 6'2" better. I am 5'10 1/2", so the pant leg bags at the bottom.
