Purdy and Wooster are the two best names in the business. This mini roller set was exactly what I needed for some touch up painting inside my closets. And the frame can connect to a pole to reach high spots if needed. If you've never painted before, don't get cheap crap -- this is the good stuff and not too expensive.

Although Purdy produces fantastic painting supplies, the plastic tray is quite thin and is not live up to their reputation. I used it once and it already has a crack at the edge.

Love the mini roller for a wide variety of task and jobs . I like the short handled frame for close or on jobs that don't require you to reach or stretch. Feels like you have more control of it . Can't go wrong with anything Purdy in my opinion

Bought for my adult son. He said this is what he wanted for Christmas (shrugs) so I got it for him. He says it's very handy, works great, and exactly what he wanted.

This roller is by far the best I've ever used. Worth every penny. I've used it at least a dozen times and its just as good and effective as the first. Holds paint well, minimal splater, and really soreads paint well, very pleasant to use, especially at edges of walls and tops of ceilings.

Can’t beat Purdy in quality. The paint pan is not as thick/steady as I’d like it. I just ended up using it as a reusable liner.

Love Purdy brushes and rollers so decided to try this for painting doors with quick drying gloss paint as the oil-based white paint has yellowed faster than we would have liked.The roller is good but is larger than the standard small rollers so the nearest size tray I could buy elsewhere was for a 7†roller and therefore way bigger than needed. Unfortunately the tray with this is more flexible than I like so I’m not sure how long it will last.
