A community project was to build a gnome house tree stump rooftop. It was almost perfect, but needed something at the roof ridge to keep water from falling into the crack left after we applied wood shakes for the roof. This copper worked perfectly, thick enough to hold up to the elements, but also pliable for us to bend over the ridge. I did follow an online recipe to patina the copper before we attached, and I am so happy with the way it functions and the way it looks! We nailed it in place over the shakes and then installed the roof. Shipping was quick and I found the price very reasonable.

I used this to make collars to put around my hostas because they were being eaten by slugs. Since using the copper, no more slugs. It was thin enough to cut with kitchen scissors.
